We offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. After you place the order, the package will be sent out within 4 days, we will notify you by email, the shipping method is DHL/UPS/EMS. On checkout page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Shipping Methods

Exchange or Return of Goods

We offer a return and refund period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Please contact us to have the shipping address for return and please do not send the item back to the same address of shipping. Our team will control all received items so you need to send the items to our return address only.

Your purchase is shipped brand new. Items that you return to us must be in the same new condition as they were received. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unworn condition before the can be accepted for a total refund. The shoes must be returned in new and unused condition, Items must be sent back inside a corrugated box (like the one it came in) to prevent any damage. Your return of merchandise will not be accepted if it is not sent back in the proper new condition. Returns not accepted will be disposed of or shipped back to you at your cost.

Worn shoes are not exchangeable or returnable. If you are going to try on the shoes with your dress we ask that you wear stockings or socks, and only wear them on carpet. If the shoes are scuffed from trying the shoes on at a fitting we cannot take them back. The shoes must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Save the box that the shoes were shipped in. This is the best packaging to use for returns. Shoes that have been dyed are not returnable or exchangeable. We are not responsible for what could happen to the returned items during shipment back: if we receive them damaged we can’t accept the return.

Once return be received by us, we’ll release refund of the return items cost or send exchange items to you.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Your package will usually arrive within 5-20 days. If your package has not arrived within 20 days, it may be due to customs clearance or flight delays caused by bad weather. You can contact us and we will check the logistics details for your delayed package.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Yes, we will work and process your order on holidays, and we will send out your package on the working day of the logistics company.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes, you can use PO BOX address (USA only), we will use USPS to send your package, for other countries, we recommend to use private address or UPS/DHL pickup address.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

For USPS packages, you do not need to sign for delivery, for DHL/UPS packages, the courier may ask you to sign for delivery, they will call you, and you can ask them to leave the package at your door.
